The hourly ticket begins when you first access the lift.

Points cards are only valid within the period printed on the card. These cards can be reloaded before the expiry date and only if points have already been (partially) used up. Unused points expire and cannot be replaced. Points cards are only sold to skiers etc.

ID required for age-dependent ski passes, the day of purchase is decisive. Errors and changes excepted.Unaccompanied children or children on a ski course must pay the children's rate, even under the age of six!

Access to the turnstiles is monitored by video for control purposes

When purchasing age-related offers, please have your ID ready. In order to receive a discount, proof must be provided upon request. Children under 6 years of age travel free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Foldable wheelchairs can be transported. Only dogs on a leash are transported.
No transport of mountain bikes or other bicycles.

In the event of heavy rain, snow, storms or thunderstorms, rail operations may be suspended for safety reasons. Due to this, there will be no refunds for the trips.
