Bad Tölz Ski Club

Antonia comes from Bad Tölz and started skiing at the age of 2 ½. She has been an active member of the Bad Tölz ski club since the age of 5.
She has been attending the CJD Christophorus Schools Berchtesgaden since September 2023. She is currently in year 12 at the grammar school there and lives in the boarding school. She has been a member of the German Ski Association's junior squad 1 since the 2024/2025 season.

Antonia has great childhood memories of Brauneck, skiing in winter and hiking in summer. She knows every slope and every hut, meets her friends here and feels at home.

Be proud of your progress

A typical training day in the winter season starts at around 5.00 am. After breakfast, it's off to training on the Götschen, training starts at around 6.00 am with a warm-up, run-in and inspection of the run, then the training runs start, training usually ends at around 8.30 am.
After a second breakfast at the CJD, school starts. Another training session follows after school until dinner, with strength and/or fitness training. After dinner, there is time for schoolwork, meeting friends or simply relaxing to be fit for the next day.

Her motivation to keep improving is partly her great passion for skiing. But her coaches and her team also motivate her to perform well.

Her tip for young athletes is to simply enjoy skiing and be proud of their progress and achievements. This is also her motto: "Be proud of your progress!".

We wish you continued good competition results, good health and always lots of fun skiing, dear Antonia!
