Tickets can always be purchased at our ticket offices during opening hours. To avoid long queues, especially at weekends, you can also buy your ticket online in the webshop.

Please note: Personalised tickets (e.g. season ski passes) are only available in the webshop if you already have a chip card. Then you can top it up.

For all other tickets such as day and hour passes or the "5 of the season", you will receive a voucher when you buy them in the webshop. You can use this to collect your ski pass from a pick-up box on site.

• The pick-up box at Brauneck is located to the right of the ticket office at the valley station of the mountain railway.
• There are no pick-up boxes in Wegscheid.

If you have a chip card, you can alternatively top it up in the webshop. To do this, please enter the WTP number on your card.
You can then use your card to go straight through the turnstile in the ski area.

For free parking on this day, please enter your licence plate number without a hyphen when purchasing.
